Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but a heavier, deeper pressure is used. Deep Tissues work is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints). The massage will focus on specific areas of tension but can incorporate a full body massage as well.

Access Bars
Energy Therapy
The Access Bars are 32 bars of energy that run through and around your head, storing the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything. Each thought, idea, attitude, decision or belief that you have fixed in place solidifies the energy and limits your capacity in that area. The purpose of a Bars session is to clear those points and to invite people to receive.
It is not about what you do, it is about changing the energy of how you are functioning in life that allows change to show up without effort and with great ease.
During an Access Bars session, a practitioner lightly holds specific points on your head which, when held, dissipate the electromagnetic component of thoughts feelings and emotions.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping can promote the flow of blood to all parts of the body like the tissues and the muscles helping to remove stagnation. This also helps to supply nutrients and oxygen to the cells. Cupping also helps to loosen stiff, tight muscles, and release knots and adhesions. The connective tissues are then lifted ensuring you have a greater range of motion. If there happen to be any blockages located in the lymphatic node, cupping helps to open these blockages whilst also easing proper lymph flow.

I had reflexology done and it was amazing, of course. I have been having problems for almost 2 years and the doctors don't know what is wrong. I go to the chiropractor, have deep tissue massage and now reflexology. I need to keep on top of things and just am trying anything. Ellen is awesome!

Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens, people get sick, work makes you run late, or emergencies come up. Missed appointments are costly to me, but more importantly, prevent me from serving other clients. It is my goal to continue to provide services for all who need/want it, but in order to be effective for all clients I have the following policies in place.
If you need to cancel you may do so up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
Same day cancellation will require a phone call with a message left or text. A fee equal to 50% of the cancelled service(s) will be required before rescheduling.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other appointments following yours. Regardless of the length of the service provided, you will be responsible for the full session pricing.
If you do not show for a scheduled appointment, you will be flagged and not allowed to book further appointments until arrangements have been made to prevent future No Shows. This may include providing full payment for the missed appointment, loss of prebooking privileges or dismissal.
I strive to accommodate for special request appointments, often rearranging my schedule to get someone in who really needs to be seen. I appreciate every one of my clients. But in order to keep things fair for all, these policies will be implemented. Please plan accordingly when booking.
