I am a licensed Massage Therapist who found my passion in the field quite by accident. Before becoming a massage therapist I worked in corrections, but also worked part time as an in home care provider.  It was during the time spent caring for clients that I would massage their temples for headaches or shoulders to relieve tension that I discovered how beneficial the few minutes of massage was for them.  I imagined the possibilities if I  learned the correct techniques and different forms of massage.  Since starting my massage therapy career, I have learned that I have a strong desire to help people to feel better, to experience a feeling of relaxation that they didn't know they could achieve, and help their bodies to heal themselves on both an emotional and physical level.

I became a Massage Therapist in 2015, and have been voted in the "Best of LaCrosse" as "Best Massage Therapist" in 2017 and 2018.  I have training in a wide variety of modalities including specializing in AromaTherapy, Prenatal, and Deep Tissue.  I have received certification in the AromaTouch Technique and am trained in Reflexology and Oncology Massage.  In addition I am a certified Reiki Practitioner, Master Level, and a certified Access Bars Practitioner.  (Look for descriptions of all modalities on the site page  "Services".

I continue to be amazed at the power of touch.  From relieving headaches, sore muscles and deep muscle pain.  I am confident that by working together with my clients I can provide what they need to help them heal.  And if I can't help you with your needs, I am a member of AMTA Wisconsin Chapter along with several other Massage Therapist groups so I am able to refer you to someone who can help you.
